About ME
I started my yoga practice in 2009 in Costa Rica on a surf trip that kept injuring myself on.
From there I went on to become certified after a head on accident with a bus in Honduras. Yoga, meditation & breathing work allowed me to recouporate from 20 surgeries on my right leg. After I had a battle with pain killers. I did 7 major surgeries (including bone graphs) with nothing other than breathing practices, funny story- the breathing techniques I used was nothing other than pretending I was scuba diving, for days I would sip my breath pretending I was under the sea conserving my oxygen in my tank!
Today I love to share everything I learned so we can all enjoy a pain free life filled with happiness & Adventure!
